There has been and continues to be plenty of debate over whether remote learning should remain on offer at law schools post-pandemic. But even if demand for the continuation of such programs proves to be high among students and faculty (which, at this point, is still not totally clear) the fate of virtual legal education options may ultimately come down to cost.
