Bannon, charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering in connection with the “We Build the Wall” campaign, has asked a Manhattan federal judge to dismiss the August 2020 indictment, citing a “full and unconditional pardon” from former President Donald Trump in the final hours of his presidency.
