On completion of the acquisition, LexisNexis plans to immediately incorporate Henchman’s document enrichment capabilities into products such as Lexis+ AI and Lexis Create.

On Thursday, Beasley Allen and the plaintiffs’ steering committee in the talc multidistrict litigation filed motions to quash subpoenas sought by Johnson & Johnson in the talc litigation.        

“Using social media and other means, (the defendant) was able to create a dossier on the plaintiffs and use their past trauma for his personal enjoyment,” the complaint alleged.
