Colorado Appeals Court Weighs Issue of First Impression Under Anti-SLAPP Statute

In an issue of first impression, the Colorado Court of Appeals established the manner of review for a special motion to dismiss under the anti-SLAPP statute and held, for the first time, that for an administrative proceeding to form the basis of a malicious prosecution claim, it must be quasi-judicial in nature.
