Some, however, still feel Schwager should face discipline for the conduct, which they see as not just allegedly patronizing prostitution, but blindsiding the state’s legal community by agreeing to ascend to one of the most prominent positions for attorneys in the state while knowing that a potential prostitution charge was pending.
